Why Join the Edison Elementary School Community Council?
Why Join the Edison Elementary School Community Council?
The School Community Council (SCC) is a team of parents, teachers, and school staff who work together to improve student learning and success. The council reviews school data, helps set academic goals, and guides how certain school funds are used—especially funds from the School LAND Trust Program that directly support student achievement. By serving on the council, parents have a powerful voice in decisions that impact student success.
Why Join?
- Share your ideas and perspectives to help shape Edison’s future.
- Build a stronger connection between home and school.
- Work alongside teachers and administrators to create meaningful improvements for students.
We encourage YOU to join! Your participation ensures that parent voices are heard, and that together, we make the best decisions for our Edison Eagles.
If you’re interested in being part of the council, please attend this meeting and/or reach out to Principal Watne for more information.
Together, we can make a difference!
